The changes will be processed as if they were returns, we will wait for you to notify us and return the product, once received and verified that it is in good condition. We will proceed to refund the amount of the order so that you can make the change again. Doing it this way facilitates management by both parties, so you will always have the orders placed in your mail registered, receiving notifications of a new order, each time you make a first purchase or change.
Items purchased on our website may be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of shipment.
For the return of the order to be processed correctly:
- We will check that the item is returned in perfect condition, without it having been used beyond the fact of trying on the garment.
- That it be returned with its original packaging, keeping stickers, labels and other elements that it contained.
- That it has not suffered any damage due to improper use of the article.
Once the return is received and accepted, we will refund the total amount of the order, excluding the shipping costs.
The refund will be made through the same payment method, by which the order payment was made.
